Pursuit
of Perfection
Art Museum in St. Louis
Designed by renowned Japanese Architect Fumihiko
Maki, the Sam Fox School of Design and Visual Arts is a two building
addition to the design arts complex at Washington University. The
new buildings add an art museum, a library, art studios, and classrooms.
The pursuit of perfection is expressed through rigorous detailing
and alignments of building systems.
